I find it interesting that whenever I tell some people I don’t own a television they get very defensive & angry. Like earlier when I walked into the break room & a coworker asked me if I watched a particular show. I replied with my standard, “No, I don’t own a television.” And the response I got back was a haughty, “Oh, so you’re too good for us?”
What I find most interesting is this is the same reaction active alcoholics have to those who say they don’t drink.
